I was born in Pennsylvania and grew up in Connecticut, where my father finished his career in the Navy. When my father retired from the Navy, our family moved to Arizona, where I have lived most of my life. I have two children from a previous marriage, my son Chris, who is married and works as a Physician’s Assistant in California and my daughter Megan, who works as a teacher and lives in Texas with her fiancé and will be married in March of 2019. My wife, Crystal, and I have been married since October of 2014 and we still live in Arizona. I have been in the civil engineering field for the past 30 years and have been involved in everything from design and drafting of construction plans to project management and construction inspection. For the past 8 years I have been involved in the pavement maintenance and management field, performing pavement evaluations and non-destructive testing regarding parking lots, roadways and airfield pavements. I also spent 24 years in the Navy Reserves as an Engineering Aide with the Seabees with a deployment to Afghanistan from 2009 – 2010. I have only been with the Pavement Exchange Group since July of 2018 but look forward to a long career and becoming a valuable part of a great team.
